We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and delivery speeds may vary depending on your location and the specific items ordered.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Transit time: 4–9 working days
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–12 working days

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM  (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time – London
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

5. Shipping Limitations

We are currently unable to deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Certain remote or restricted locations

6. Undeliverable Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases:
