Before starting this, we spent a lot of time looking at how online fashion actually works from a customer’s side. And honestly, a lot of it felt frustrating. Items look great online, but when they arrive, they’re not quite the same. Sizing can be off, descriptions are sometimes vague, and you’re left guessing more than you should.

We kept coming back to the same question: why is it like this?

That’s really where Lyrasue came from.

We didn’t want to overcomplicate things. The idea was just to do it better — or at least, more clearly. What you see should match what you get. The fit, the material, the details — all of it should be as expected.
